What is your fee?

With impeccable attention to detail, I provide service that excels at an affordable price that is competitive with other Riverside County wedding ministers and officiants. My fee depends upon the amount of time and detail I expend to create your dream wedding. Each one is evaluated on an individual basis on date, time, size, location, travel time and event planning and your budget. Is Pre-Marital Counseling required?

It is not required by law, but it is certainly positive for developing a good marital foundation. Couples are empowered when they have helpful tools to deal with common pitfalls that might cause strain in an otherwise happy marriage. Communicating successfully with one another, resolving conflicts in a constructive way, practicing the art of gracious compromise are all learned skills. My fiancé and I will not be coming to the desert until the week of the wedding. How do you help us plan our wedding?

When couples are coming from Canada or across the country, our in-person meeting might not occur until they arrive and obtain their license just before the wedding. In the meantime, we have spent time on the phone and through emails have collaborated, communicated and perfected the ceremony design and become friends who are excited about meeting at last!

Can you help us decide what kind of wedding style is
right for us?

Yes. Many couples have told me that they did not have a clear idea of what they wanted when they came to see me, but they left knowing exactly what was perfect for them.

I am nervous and anxious already with months before our wedding date. How do you help?

When you select an officiant who is a dedicated professional with a track record of hundreds of successful weddings and working knowledge of great vendors and locations, and the commitment to calmly guide and support you throughout the planning, you can relax and enjoy the process. Breathe, drink water and know it will be a perfect wedding!

Is the rehearsal really necessary?

If you are going to walk down an aisle, be given away, and/or have a wedding party, it’s a good idea to have a rehearsal and to have the minister there. It usually takes an hour with everyone there showing up on time to find where to go and where to stand, etc. You want your ceremony to go smoothly on your special day and this is one way of assuring this. The rehearsal is included in my fee.
